Returns are accepted only for products that do not match the description or are expired. thehapstore reserves the right to process or deny any refunds at their own discretion.
We discourage you to return purchases that match the picture, description, and specifications of the said product displayed on the website. However, if the product is damaged, or otherwise unacceptable, you can return it within 3-5 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund of the item purchased. You are required to first inform us, by means of an email / phone conversation (at the contact details provided on our website), about the return. You may be asked to provide details about why the product is unacceptable to you, and this could require you to provide us with photographs of the received product.
Returns are not possible for products that are made to order specifically on request.
All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Please do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. For returns, shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
Refunds
Refunds, once approved, are processed within 10 working days from the day of approval. They are credited directly to your credit / debit card or via your mode of payment. For Bank Transfers and COD Orders, Cheques payable at Par is issued in the same name of the customer. thehapstore reserves the right to make refunds in the form of thehapstore gift cards/vouchers.
Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
